Love this place. It's so down to earth. The staff is very friendly and always walking around making sure you have what you need. The food is amazing!!

Great Sirloin, Baked potato and salad bar. Great price and Caring staff.

Always liked this place for a quick steak lunch, and, even during the pandemic, they didn't disappoint. Good food, great prices, nice people, and a very well maintained salad bar.

Came during lunch hour to eat and was disappointed. I ordered my sirloin steak medium rare and received it medium well, not to mention that it was cool in the center even though it was "just" cooked medium well (Can you guess what that tells you about the way they prepare their food?). Even the French fries weren't fried properly; they were also still cool inside with some undercooked areas (They're fries. How do you mess that up?). What I did like was the staff which was very friendly and attentive and the salad bar. I get that this isn't a Michelin-star steakhouse, but come on.

Personally, I can take or leave Bryan's, but my dad loves the place. It's a decent steak. The salad bar is a bit weak. Some of the items just didn't taste fresh. The baked potato was great and there are plenty of add-ons available. So, it's okay but not great. However, I will obviously go back if my 85 year old father wants. It is a joy to spend time with him wherever we eat.

This place is beyond fantastic!!! Food was perfect, steak was tender and the salad bar was to die for. I wish I lived around here so I could have this place at least once a week! We had our Family Thanksgiving here. The food was excellent, service was superior, and the environment was good. Thank you Bryan's for making it a wonderful evening! We will patronize again soon!

I usually love to eat there. Went Saturday this past week. Steak wasn't cook the way I asked and was tough. Salad bar (beans, spaghetti) was nasty. Only thing that was good was the bake potato and the salad I put together.

Quality and quantity has really gone downhill was not at all impressed. But it seems most restaraunts have these same problems.

Fast service and the people are friendly. I got the Southern Bell Ribeye and ordered it medium well. It was cooked exactly how I wanted it. You can't beat the price.

Prices are good. Food was really good

Cash only. No cards. Some the the best steak ive ever had in Texas. The meat is wood fire cooked and they do a pretty good job at getting the meat temp the way u want. You cannot get the steak without salt or seasoning so for some people the steaks can be a bit salty because of the marinade they use. But tinder and juicy steaks at a fair price this place is a Texas landmark practically. Very busy at lunch FYI

Food was okay for the price, not a top of the line steak but not bottom of the barrel. Fair quality for the price, portion sizes were about average. Service was outstanding. Would definitely go back just for the customer service. Very attentive staff and value for the price was above average.

The steaks are cooked perfectly! I do wish the salad bar had more of a selection. Employees are very nice!

I love this place. We only go twice a year to visit family and this is one of the places we go to when we travel to Lubbock. There salad is awesome and so are the steaks and baked potato. I usually eat salad than take my food home. I recommend this place if you like steak and it is a good price. They take cash and checks which is good you hardly see any places taking checks.

Best steaks you will ever eat, always tender, cooked to your satisfaction. Good salad bar plenty of options. Great price. Get the steak for two, we order this eat well and still bring home half the steal. You will love it.

Bryan's Streaks - Long Live The Steak! This place is still great. Back in the days this place gave me my first opportunity of a TAX Job. I remember there was a Bryan, Brett, Berry... Thanks guys and lady. Anyways about the facility, 15 years later. The steak, and the steak for two is AMAZING! The salad bar B+!

This is probably my favorite Steakhouse. I don't know how they make their steaks taste so good. This place is not fancy and make sure you have cash because they don't take credit cards. They also have an awesome salad bar.

Cafeteria style/buffet salad bar. Steak was thin and overcooked but was still good enough to enjoy. Cheap steak in both value and quality. I guess if you want to fill up on salad it's a good place.

Incredibly tender & delicious steaks. Very large steak & buffet salad for smaller price ($13). Was in Lubbock for 4 days, ate there ALL 4 DAYS IN A ROW!!!!! YOU GOTTA TRY THIS PLACE! Only thing I did not like was the squeezed family dining room.

Steaks, seafood and chicken. Another LBK original. First things first, bring some $$€£, or your check book, ATM close by, so don’t sweat it. I arrived for dinner, and I was craving surf and turf so I order a Rib eye, medium, with fries/baked potato, and add 5 butterfly shrimp. The steak, seafood and chicken meals come with a salad bar/nacho bar, that’s right! NACHOS! Warm and cold options are available. I had the spinach salad with blue cheese, cheddar, and yup a small pile of nachos. My steak arrived perfectly grilled and those shrimps were delicious, so crispy. Great prices and good food.

The ribeye steak is really good. You can tell it is aged very well. Staff is very attentive. But no matter what you get, go to the salad bar and try the potato salad. It is amazing. They don't take plastic so bring cash.

Great food for the price..

We had a party of 4. Line was long. Took us 10 minutes to be seated. Salad bar was good, fries were good but the chicken fried steak was a frozen pattie and didn't taste too well. Others in our party got steaks and was very satisfied.

Salad bar is really good. Specials are good. Always happy when I leave.

Excellent food great prizes

Quite crowded on a Saturday night. Can't forget that it is cash or check only, NO CARDS. Restaurant was extremely dirty and tables are tightly crammed together.You can eat steaks cheaply but they are over tenderized and lack anything remotely resembling texture. This remains a memory of a Lubbock landmark, but for the lack of quality, I won't be back when I visit town again.

I already made a review in the past but this one is for my husband. He said that it’s the best stake he ever had and to ask everyone who will read this to do the dull knife test. He is so amazed how he’s able to cut the steak real easily using the dull side of the knife and how the meat melt in your mouth. Their price is so affordable compared to other steakhouses. For me, I like their salad bar selections, they make sure everything is fresh and refilled. If you haven’t tried it, go for the Ribeye you won’t be disappointed.

Great ribeye steak for the $. Cooked correctly & quite flavorful. Not a fancy place but food is good. Also nice salad bar. If you are looking for good food at a right price, this is the place.
